Triangle Throwball Club is excited to organize the 2026 Summer Indoor Throwball Tournament, designed to provide players with a structured, competitive, and enjoyable indoor throwball experience.
Teams are requested to carefully review all tournament information, registration details, roster policies, schedules, participation guidelines, and disclaimers before registering.

๐ค Player & Roster Rules
- Maximum 12 players may be registered per team.
- Teams must submit their complete roster before the roster submission deadline. No additions or changes to the roster will be permitted after the deadline unless otherwise approved by the tournament organizers.

Team Registration Confirmation
Once your team registration form has been submitted and the registration fee payment has been successfully received, TTC will review the submission and send a confirmation acknowledging the completion and acceptance of your team registration. Only teams that receive an official confirmation from TTC will be considered successfully registered for the tournament.
Step-3
Once your team registration is successfully submitted, a roster submission form will be sent to you within a few days. Teams are required to complete and submit their roster form no later than July 11, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Failure to submit the roster by the deadline may result in the team being deemed ineligible to participate in the tournament.
๐ซ No Refund Policy
All registration fees and payments made for participation for the tounament are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-participation.
If TTC cancels the tournament directly, Teams may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
๐ข Facility Damage Policy
- All participants, spectators, and families must respect the facility.
- Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the individual or team involved.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for damages caused by their children.
๐ฃ Spectator Rules
- Spectators must maintain silence during play.
- No instructions, coaching tips, or play-related advice may be given to players.
- Respectful behavior is required toward players, teams, referees, volunteers, organizers, and spectators.
๐ Food & Drink Policy
- No food is permitted inside the play area.
- Food and drinks may be consumed only in designated areas.
- Water and energy drinks may be carried near the courts.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
๐งน Cleanup Responsibilities
- Teams and players must maintain cleanliness of the venue.
- Each team is responsible for cleaning its area after every match.
- Waste, bottles, wrappers, and personal items must be disposed of properly.
๐ค Code of Conduct
- All players, spectators, volunteers, and officials must behave respectfully.
- Bullying, harassment, intimidation, verbal abuse, and inappropriate gestures are not tolerated.
- Violations may result in removal, disqualification, suspension, or future participation restrictions.
๐ Team Presence & Sportsmanship
All participating teams and players are encouraged to remain at the venue until the conclusion of the final match to promote sportsmanship, camaraderie, and support among all teams.
๐ธ Photography & Recording and Media Sharing Policy
- Standalone cameras and professional photography or videography equipment are not permitted without prior approval from TTC.
- Mobile phones may be used for taking photographs, provided they do not interfere with the games or disrupt the event.
- Participants may share photos and videos on their personal social media accounts for personal, non-commercial use.
- Any posting, sharing, publishing, or use of photos or videos on YouTube channels, public pages, business accounts, or other organizational platforms must receive prior approval from TTC.
- Where applicable, individuals or organizations sharing approved content may be required to tag or collaborate with TTC when publishing such content.
- TTC reserves the right to strictly monitor and enforce this policy. Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, publication, distribution, or commercial use of event content may be subject to content removal requests and other actions available under applicable laws and regulations. Individuals responsible for unauthorized use may be held legally responsible for any resulting violations or damages.
- All participants and spectators are expected to respect the privacy, comfort, and preferences of players, officials, and fellow attendees at all times.
