Two Ways to Register

01

Team Registration

For teams with an existing group of players. A captain or player registers on behalf of the team.

The team roster will be requested after registration is completed. Roster submission deadline: November 7, 2026, at 10:00 PM EST.

Roster publication: Registered team rosters will be published after the roster submission deadline closes, on or before November 8, 2026, at 10:00 PM EST.

After the roster submission deadline, rosters will remain open for additions, changes, or replacements until November 19, 2026, at 10:00 PM EST.

Any roster change, addition, or replacement made after the November 7, 2026, at 10:00 PM EST deadline will incur a $50.00 change fee per player.

02

Individual Registration

For players who do not currently belong to a team but would like to participate.

Registration deadline: November 7, 2026, at 10:00 PM EST. TTC will form teams based on the number of individual registrations received.

Fair team formation: Teams for individual player registrants will be formed during a meeting, exclusively from the individual registration pool. Players will be assigned randomly by spinning a wheel to keep the team formation process fair. If TTC cannot place you on a team, your individual registration fee will be refunded.

Individual registration fee: $50.00 per player.

Individual registration commitment
Teams for individual registrants will be formed exclusively from the individual registration pool to keep the process fair. After registering as an individual, you cannot switch to an existing team. Please finalize any plans to join an existing team before registering as an individual. Thank you for your understanding.
